You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter into a purchase contract. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout, billing, shipping, and contact information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you use.

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Natural stone, mineral, crystal, wood, ceramic, glass, resin, metals, and hand-finished surfaces may show reasonable variations in color, grain, texture, veining, shape, formation, or finish. Screen settings and lighting can also affect appearance.

Dimensions and weights may be approximate where identified as such.

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final total are shown at checkout as applicable. Payment is subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider. We may decline, hold, or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, appears unauthorized, or presents a material fraud or security concern.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, inventory unavailability, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

After payment confirmation, paid orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. These transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns require prior contact and instructions from Westlaven™. Approved refunds are usually processed by us within 5–10 business days, after which the payment provider may require additional posting time.

Westlaven™ branding, site design, text, graphics, product presentation, logos, photographs, and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without permission except as permitted by law.
